In partnership with aVenue Innovative Planning, we can coordinate and execute multi-venue activations that incorporate Tampa Terrace, American Social, Jackson’s, Lower Deck, and other common areas — or any mix of these spaces — to accommodate groups of up to 3,000 or more.
Whether you need an intimate private celebration on the waterfront terrace or a full Harbour Island block party experience, our team handles the planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution so everything feels seamless.
This flexible approach gives you the ability to scale from a single-venue private event to a true multi-location activation while keeping a cohesive flow and consistent service level across the entire experience.

- Main Terrace (3,000 sq. ft.) – The primary event space located directly outside Office Evolution, featuring open-air waterfront views and flexible layout options for receptions, meetings, and social events.
- Multi-Level Expansion Options – Additional upper and lower terraces can be added to expand capacity or create distinct zones such as cocktail, lounge, or VIP areas.
- Full Harbour Island Block Party Capability – In partnership with aVenue Innovative Planning, we can activate Tampa Terrace + American Social + Jackson’s + Lower Deck and surrounding common areas for events of 3,000+ guests.
We provide custom catering options with menus tailored to your event and guest experience. For multi-venue block parties we coordinate catering across all activated spaces.
We provide bar service with beer, wine, and curated cocktail packages designed for your event. Multi-venue activations include coordinated beverage service across locations.

We host private celebrations, corporate events, and large-scale block parties. This includes receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, engagement parties, networking events, and multi-venue activations using Tampa Terrace, American Social, Jackson’s, Lower Deck and other Harbour Island spaces.
Tampa Terrace alone is ideal for receptions up to 250–300 guests. For larger programs we design multi-venue Harbour Island activations (Tampa Terrace + American Social + Jackson’s + Lower Deck and common areas) supporting groups of 3,000 or more.
